  • No promotional ads

  • 10GB of secure video storage

  • Enhanced features for video management and uploads

Please read our refund policy before subscribing.


1. Digital Service – No Refunds After Activation

Due to the nature of digital services and instant access to premium features, all purchases of the Pro Plan are final and non-refundable once activated.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You immediately receive ad-free access and video storage allocation

  • Your plan cannot be partially refunded or prorated


2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • You will retain access to Pro features until the end of the current billing cycle

  • No refunds will be provided for the remaining time on your plan


3. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • You were billed more than once for the same plan

  • A technical error on our end prevented access to Pro features and we could not resolve it within 7 business days

All refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of the billing date.


4. Chargebacks & Violations

Filing a chargeback without contacting support first may lead to immediate account suspension. We recommend resolving issues directly with us to avoid service disruption.
